1. Charging Cable or Charger Issues

Sometimes the issue might lie with the charging cable or charger itself. If the charging system is malfunctioning, the battery will not receive power.

Check the Charger and Cable:

• Ensure the charger is securely plugged into both the vacuum and the wall outlet.
• Examine the charger and cable for visible damage such as frays, cuts, or exposed wires. If damaged, you should replace the charger or cable immediately.
